The Middle East conflict dates back 4000 years to Abram (Abraham) and his two sons: Ishmael by the maidservant Hagar and Isaac (by his first wife Sarah). The Arabs trace their lineage to Abraham through Ishmael and the Jews through Isaac. In short Ishmael was forced out of Abraham's house by Sarah's jealously, but God has a plan for Ishmael's children to return to Abraham's house; through the Good News of Jesus (Yahshua) and thus establish peace.
Ephesians 2:12-17 reads: remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. -- This is the answer, there is no other. -- Sons and daughters of Ishmael, press into Christ, the God of your father Abraham awaits you! And sons and daughters of Isaac, press in to Christ (Yahshua) your promised Messiah, He is your Peace.
The Middle East war started in AD 622 by Mohammed, the father of Islam, and has raged between Islam and Western civilization for the 1400 years since.
